The button opens a pre-filled message: provide your first and last name, date of birth, association or dojo, grade, the days you wish to attend, your phone number and any requests.
Groups and dojo
Group registration
The person responsible for the group prepares a single list with first and last name, date of birth, grade and days attended for each participant and sends it to the same e-mail address.

Before you register
FIJLKAM membership or membership with a recognised sports promotion body, a valid medical certificate and the release form provided by the organisers.
