Data controller
The data controller is the organising school. Full legal name, registered address and tax details are to be supplied by the organisation.
Data collected
Registration and contact forms collect identification data, contact details, karate grade and dojo, stay preferences and, optionally, medical information strictly necessary for safety during training.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to manage registrations, organise the event, handle accommodation and transfer requests and answer messages. Image and marketing consents are optional and separate.
Retention period
Retention periods will be defined together with the organisation before the online submission of forms is activated.
Recipients and processors
The list of processors (hosting, e-mail, form management, payment provider) will be published when the corresponding services are activated.
Rights of the data subject
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to the contact address below.
Minors
Data of participants under 18 is processed only with the authorisation of a parent or legal guardian.
